1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- Booking Cancellation by Customer: If you decide to cancel your booking, the refund amount will depend on the time of cancellation before the scheduled tour departure.
- Tour Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to provide the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, road closures, government regulations), we will offer a full refund or an alternative tour package.
2. Cancellation and Refund Process
Cancellation by Customer:
- More than 48 hours before the tour date: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing or service charges).
- Within 48 hours of the tour date: Cancellations within this time frame will incur a cancellation fee of [X%] of the total tour cost. The remaining balance will be refunded.
- No Show or Late Cancellation: If you fail to show up for your tour or cancel on the day of the scheduled tour, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Us:
- Full Refund: If we cancel your tour due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or emergencies, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the tour at your convenience.
- Alternative Tour Package: In some cases, we may offer you an alternative tour package in place of the canceled tour. If you do not accept the alternative, you will be entitled to a full refund.
3. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: Refunds will be credited to your card within [7-10] business days.
